We want this site to work for everyone who needs to reach us. If any part of it does not, tell us and we will fix it, and in the meantime we will just do it for you over the phone.

If the form gives you trouble

We are happy to take orders by the phone if the form gives you trouble. Call or text (239) 357-7182 during opening hours and we will take everything down at our end. You never have to use the form to get a quote from us.

How to report a problem

Email info@kosolutionsfl.com or call (239) 357-7182. Tell us the page and what happened. A description like "the menu would not open on my phone" is plenty, you do not need to know the technical term for it.

What we have tried to get right

• Every image has a text description for screen readers
• Text and background colors are checked for contrast
• The whole site can be used with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline
• Headings are in order so a screen reader can navigate by them
• Form fields have visible labels, not just placeholder text
• Buttons and links are large enough to hit accurately on a phone
• Nothing moves, flashes or plays on its own
