The short version: if you fill in the form we get your name, your phone number and what you told us about the job, and we use it to quote the job. We do not sell it to anyone.

What we collect when you contact us

The form on this site asks for your name, your phone number, which service you need and a description of the job. That is all of it. We do not ask for your address, we do not require an email address, and there is no "how did you hear about us" question.

If you call or text instead, we have your phone number because you called us, and whatever you tell us on the call.

Where a form submission goes

A submitted form is sent to our web host and to Tech Dad Media, who build and run this site for us. They pass it straight on to us by email so we can get back to you. A copy is stored on the web server so a message cannot go missing if the email fails.

Nobody else receives it. We do not sell, rent or trade it, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

Analytics and advertising

We count page views with a self-hosted analytics tool that does not use cookies.

We also use Google Analytics to see which pages, searches and ads bring in people who call or send a request. It sets cookies in your browser and records things like the page you came from, your device type and a random id for your browser.

When you tap our phone number or email address, or send the form, the site records that it happened and which page you were on. That is how we know which pages bring in work.

If you come to this site from an ad, your browser keeps that ad's click id for up to 90 days. If you send us a request in that time, the click id is saved with it so we know which ad worked.

Cookies

Google Analytics sets the cookies described above. The site itself sets one more, and only if you submit the form: a short-lived cookie holding your first name so the confirmation page can say thanks by name. It deletes itself after five minutes and it is removed as soon as the page has read it.

Your choices

Google Analytics has an opt-out at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, and Google's ad settings are at adssettings.google.com. You can also block cookies in your browser. The site still works without them.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests for as long as we might reasonably still be talking to you about the job, and our records of completed work for as long as we would need them to honour the warranty on it.

Having your details removed

Ask us and we will delete them. Email info@kosolutionsfl.com or call (239) 357-7182. You do not have to give a reason.

Children

This site is for people arranging work on a property. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect anything from them.
