Siding and Cladding in Cape Coral

Woodgrain cladding · Siding · Trim · Cape Coral, FL

We plan the panel layout, corners, window returns and transitions before installation begins.

K.O. Solutions FL installs woodgrain aluminum cladding, premium siding and vinyl siding on Cape Coral homes. Newer builds in the north Cape use woodgrain as an accent on gables, garage fronts and columns. Older houses in the southeast Cape use it to retire painted wood without touching the roof line. On canal lots, we plan the water side of the house on its own. Free estimates.

What warranty comes with aluminum woodgrain cladding?

Woodgrain aluminum cladding gives Cape Coral homes a timber-style finish with an aluminum face. We review the panel construction, finish and manufacturer information during the estimate, then plan the layout around gables, garage surrounds, entries, soffits and window returns.

Woodgrain Aluminum Cladding For Cape Homes

The look lands in two very different places here. On the newer builds in the north Cape and out toward Burnt Store, owners use woodgrain cladding as an accent. Front gable, over the garage, a column wrap, a soffit run, anything to break up a flat field of stucco. On the older houses in the southeast Cape, where the city first built out, it is the way to retire the painted wood on the front of the house without touching the footprint or the roof line. You get the warmth of timber on the elevation and none of the upkeep the real thing needs this close to salt water.

On a canal lot the back of the house faces the water and takes salt spray the street side never sees. We look at that elevation on its own, because trim and fasteners that hold up fine out front can be the first thing to go on the water side. Where the cladding meets a lanai or pool cage on that wall, we plan the transition around the enclosure connection instead of cutting the panels to fit after it is built.

We also install premium siding and vinyl siding for full walls and for additions that have to match what is already there. Vinyl is still the practical answer on some elevations and on rental property, and we hang it properly with the right starter strip, corner posts and J channel instead of face nailing it tight and watching it buckle in August. Vinyl needs room to move, and in the Cape it gets plenty of temperature swing to move with.

Trim and transitions complete the installation. We plan where cladding meets stucco, returns into a window and terminates below a soffit. Matching aluminum trim gives those edges a defined finish, and the completed transitions are included in the final walkthrough.
